I am a horseperson myself, and am starting up this directory a) to fill a need and b) because I have the skills necessary to do so. I am
providing Basic Listings for free in order to fulfill the need and get all resources listed. However, as I am sure that this project will start to consume more and more
hours of my time as it grows, I have set some minimal advertising prices on Upgraded Listings. Please consider an Upgraded Listing if you have an equine-related business which will
benefit income-wise from being listed prominently and support this directory by making it possible for me to take the time to maintain and promote it. Thank you. Myriam Dyck

Basic Listings: Free to all Manitoba-based, equine-related businesses. A basic listing is
up to 50 words for your business description listing and 30 words of contact information. Contact information is business name, mailing address, phone and fax numbers and email
address.
You may submit a listing for more than one category by submitting a form for one category, then selecting it again and filling in the
information for another category.
Non-Manitoba based businesses or businesses which want to put a link to their website in the contact information need to submit an
Upgraded Listing.
Upgraded Listing: An Upgraded Listing basic rate is $5.00 per year and this gives you twice as
many words as a Basic Listing (up to 100 words for listing and 60 words for contact information).
Other Promotional choices available with your Upgraded Listing are:
- Your listing in LARGE BOLD TYPE and prioritized at the top of the page, $10/yr.
Prioritized listings will be in alphabetical order, followed by basic listings in alphabetical order.
- A picture(s) to appear beside your listing, $15/yr.
You may either physically mail me the photo for scanning or email me a digital photo as an attachment. I will scan/optimize graphics size for the site at no charge.
- Link(s) to your Website(s), $20/yr.
This is a "live" link that people can click on to go directly to your website.
- If you don't have a Website to link to; your own Web Page built on our site which describes your business and services, qualifications, logo, graphics etc.
This would be of particular interest to a coach or farrier for example who just needs one page to give information about themselves and their credentials, but doesn't need a whole
site. You can use this page in other promotion, such as your business cards and ads.
Your web page would be at an Internet address such as "www.manitobaequinedirectory.com/Joe'sFarrierService.htm" and would be totally custom-built for you and your business
with its own "look" and graphics.
$99 to initially design and build your page plus $40/yr for hosting/linking. If you choose this option I will contact you shortly by phone to plan out and design your page.
(This is more economical than paying for a whole website to be built and hosted on the internet with its own name if this is adequate for your needs.)
Discount Rate Package of Upgraded listing, Bold Priority listing, Picture and Website Link: $50 value individually, $40 for package

Banner Ads: $25/mo on home page, $20/month
on listing category pages. Efforts will be made to match ads
to proper category, but placement not guaranteed. All banner ads to
be in sidebar. Banner ads may be submitted pre-made if you have
them or I can design it for $40/ad.
